<b><b>Your mission, roles and responsibilities</b></b>

The mission of the R&amp;D Communication Apprentice is to improve and support the internal communication of our global R&amp;D organization.

Your main missions will be to
<ul><li>Manage annual Seating R&amp;D communication plan</li><li>Edit and publish the monthly R&amp;D newsletter in our social network </li><li>Writing articles about major R&amp;D events, conducting interviews and surveys</li><li>Organization of Global R&amp;D Live Events and Technology Inside events in TEAMS</li><li>Create video, and other support of communication</li><li>Provide user support on communication tools</li><li>Maintenance and improvement of R&amp;D web pages on sharepoint</li><li>Develop and maintain the R&amp;D visual identity in line with global Faurecia rules</li><li>Close collaboration with our Seating Expert Network on internal communication</li><li>Network with other communication departments within Faurecia</li></ul>
<b><b>Your profile and competencies to succeed</b></b>

<ul><li>Ongoing Master's degree/diploma in Communication</li><li>Fluent in English; French is a plus</li><li>Strong writing skills and layout (creative) skills</li><li>Experience in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere) is a plus</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative</li><li>Open minded, international mindset and very good networking skills</li><li>Positive and constructive attitude </li></ul>
