Within OpnSoft (OPmobility), the Product Cybersecurity team supports the development of automotive embedded systems in compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and regulatory requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
As part of the team's growth, we are looking for a motivated apprentice to contribute to product cybersecurity activities on innovative, international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of aCybersecurity Manager/Engineer, you will contribute to the following activities:
Product Cybersecurity
<ul><li>Support the implementation of cybersecurity activities in accordance with ISO/SAE 21434 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).</li><li>Contribute to Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA).</li><li>Assist in defining Cybersecurity Goals and Cybersecurity Requirements.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of cybersecurity deliverables, including the Cybersecurity Plan, Cybersecurity Concept, and Cybersecurity Case.</li></ul>
Project & Engineering Support
<ul><li>Assist in integrating cybersecurity requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute to the traceability of cybersecurity requirements using ALM tools (e.g., Polarion, IBM DOORS).</li><li>Participate in vulnerability management and cybersecurity incident tracking.</li><li>Support software and systems engineering teams on cybersecurity-related topics.</li></ul>
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
<ul><li>Contribute to compliance activities related to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).</li><li>Participate in internal cybersecurity audits and security reviews.</li><li>Help improve cybersecurity processes, templates, and best practices.</li><li>Perform technology watch and monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, standards, and regulations.</li></ul>
Profile
<ul><li>Currently pursuing aMaster's degree (4th or 5th year) in one of the following fields:</li><li>Cybersecurity</li><li>Computer Science / Embedded Systems</li><li>Networks and Systems Engineering</li></ul>
Technical Skills
<ul><li>Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (threats, security principles, cryptography, etc.).</li><li>Basic understanding of embedded systems and/or system architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP); familiarity with CAN bus is a plus.</li><li>Interest in cybersecurity standards and regulations such as ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 27001, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and NIS2.</li><li>Good command of technical English.</li></ul>
Preferred Tools (Nice to Have)
<ul><li>ALM tools (IBM DOORS, Polarion, etc.).</li><li>Git and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).</li><li>Basic programming skills in C, Python, or similar languages.</li></ul>
