YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Margaux, HRBP Europe Sales &amp; Marketing, will support you to thrive in your missions :
<ul><li>Being the first point of contact for interns/apprentices of Europe Sales &amp; Marketing teams from an administrative perspective (approx. 15 people) by managing the onboarding and offboarding, providing ad hoc support etc (50%).</li><li>Providing support in managing HR/Performance processes: HR Cycle, Talent Review, Performance calibration (20%).</li><li>Ensuring people data quality in collaboration with HR Admin for reporting purposes (10%).</li><li>Assisting with recruitment process - screening CVs, scheduling interviews, etc (5%).</li><li>Providing comms and admin support in animating culture &amp; engagement topics (e.g. Danone People Survey and Diversity Engagement &amp; Inclusive programs) (10% of your time).</li><li>Taking minutes of full EU HR team meetings and coordinating follow up of actions (5%).</li></ul>

<b>A propos de vous</b>

For this position, we are looking for someone:
<ul><li>Available from January 2027.</li><li>At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.</li><li>A previous experience in HR is a plus.</li><li>Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.</li><li>Fluent in French &amp; English mandatory.</li><li>Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!</li></ul>
