Nous recherchons un Manager de restaurant (H/F) pour rejoindre l'équipe.

Poste en POEI (Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Individuelle).
Être inscrite à France Travail
Formation terrain : Paris 11
Formation obligatoire de 1 mois (démarrage le 1er juin 2026)
Salaire : 1 800 € net/mois

Profil recherché :
Expérience en restauration
À l'aise en cuisine / encaissement
Notions de management appréciées
À l'aise sur ordinateur (Excel, CRM, caisse)
Rigueur, polyvalence, autonomie

Mission : gestion des plannings, coordination des équipes, suivi qualité & stocks, soutien à la direction
