Responsibilities
Sous la responsabilité du chef du de service Informatique, l'alternant(e) participe aux actions de maintenance des moyens du périmètre informatique bureautique.
Pour cet objectif, les taches principales sont :
Organisation du parc informatique
Configuration et mise à jour de logiciel
Assistance technique dans son domaine de compétence.
Aider à la réalisation de projets informatiques
Assurer un support aux utilisateurs.
Déploiement et dépannage.
Support et amélioration des installations SI.
Aider au pilotage des activités de sécurité d'accès aux ressources réseau.
