Responsibilities
Le cercle mixte de l’école de gendarmerie de Montluçon recherche son/sa futur·(e) apprenti·(e) cuisine.
Établissement pouvant jusqu’à 3600 couverts jours, vous aiderez à la production culinaire et aux différents services au self et au restaurant « cadres ».
Vous serez formé :
- à la confection des repas
- à la réalisation des menus ;
- aux différentes techniques de production culinaire ;
- aux règles d’hygiène
- à la gestion des stocks
