Responsibilities
nous recherchons un(e) apprenti(e) charcutier(ère) souhaitant apprendre un métier traditionnel et gourmand au sein d'une équipe passionnée.
Vos missions
Accompagné(e) par votre maître d'apprentissage, vous participerez à :
La préparation et la fabrication de produits de charcuterie
La réalisation de spécialités artisanales (saucisses, pâtés, jambons, terrines.)
La préparation des commandes et la mise en vitrine
L'accueil et le conseil auprès de la clientèle
Le respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité alimentaire
Vous travaillez en binôme du mardi au samedi.
