Responsibilities

As Investor Relations apprentice, you’ll participate in developing BIC’s visibility and to take investor relations to the next level by extending our interactions and pro-active initiatives with the investment community. We bring joy & simplicity to everyday life – and we need you to help share that story.

What You’ll Do:

<ul><li>Monitor sell-side analysts’ research reports and draft a summary of key elements, as well as benchmarking peer’s financial communications as part of the IR Team’s market intelligence for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors</li><li>Support in the compilation of sell-side analysts estimates for the quarterly consensus.</li><li>Assist with the drafting of responses to daily queries from the investment community.</li><li>Proactively contribute to BIC's shareholder date base (CRM) and maintain a good knowledge of BIC’s investor base</li><li>Support the IR team with the preparation of key events: Capital Market’s Day, Site visit(s), AGM and quarterly results: presentation / press releases / script / Q&amp;A / website / etc.</li><li>Perform BIC website and financial news audit and benchmark analysis</li><li>Perform investor targeting analysis, which is key to organizing successful roadshows (meetings with potential and current investors in key financial capitals).</li></ul>

 

 

What We’re Looking For :

<ul><li>You are pursuing a master in Business and/or Finance or equivalent and have a strong interest in financial markets</li><li>Strong academics and a background in financial services is preferred</li><li>Ability to handle highly confidential information</li><li>A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, dynamic environment</li><li>Strong financial and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in French and English</li><li>A strong work ethic, integrity and a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Competent with PowerPoint, Excel and Word</li></ul>
