Responsibilities
Missions principales :
Découverte et apprentissage des techniques de découpe et de préparation des viandes.
Participation à la mise en valeur des produits en vitrine.
Accueil et conseil des clients sous la supervision du tuteur.
Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Participation à la gestion des stocks et à l'entretien du poste de travail.
Profil recherché :
Motivation pour le métier de boucher et l'artisanat.
Sens du contact client et esprit d'équipe.
Capacité à respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Dynamisme et rigueur.
Préparation d'un CAP Boucher soit la 1ère ou 2nde année
