Responsibilities
Accompagné(e) et formé(e) par notre équipe, vous apprendrez à gérer de manière autonome le poste de réception:
Accueil & Relation Client
Gestion & Facturation
Coordination interne & Qualité
Profil recherché- Formation : Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BAC, BAC +1, BAC +2 ou un Titre Professionnel en hôtellerie / tourisme / accueil.
Durée du contrat : Vous cherchez exclusivement une alternance d'un an.
Langues : Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais indispensables (une 3e langue est un plus).
Conditions de travail- Planning : Travail en semaine, week-ends et jours fériés (selon planning).
Horaires : Variables en roulement (matin ou soir sur une plage horaire allant de 06h45 à 23h30).
