Responsibilities
Assurer le support informatique : résoudre les problématiques matérielles, logicielles, réseau, messagerie et droits d'accès, sur site ou à distance.Gérer le parc informatique : installer, maintenir et suivre les ordinateurs, téléphones, imprimantes, équipements réseau et outils de visioconférence.Administrer l'environnement Microsoft 365 : gérer SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, les espaces documentaires et les droits d'accès.Contribuer aux réseaux, à la sécurité et au suivi IT : sécurisation des accès et des données, gestion des prestataires, suivi des incidents, stocks, licences et reporting.
