Responsibilities
Rattaché à un encadrant du magasin, vous serez le responsable de l'activité commerciale d'un rayon/axe (Parfum, Soin, Maquillage, Caisse, Exploitation), et plus particulièrement :
Organiser et planifier l'activité des équipes en animant les leviers de croissance associés au plan de développement commercial et humain de votre périmètre de responsabilité,
Accompagner le projet commercial du rayon/Axe en étant force de proposition,
Motiver et accompagner les équipes de Conseiller(ère)s de vente autour d'objectifs communs dans le but de satisfaire et offrir un moment d'exception aux clients
