Boulangerie Beaucairoise recherche son FUTUR APPRENTI boulanger (H/F)
Vous souhaitez entamer un parcours dans le secteur de la boulangerie, vous êtes créatif et motivé par ce secteur
Les missions principales du boulanger :
Fabrication & cuisson
Pétrissage, pointage, façonnage manuel
Production de snacking salé
Contrôle qualité et cuisson homogène
Respect des recettes, temps de fermentation, températures
Signalement des ruptures ou problèmes techniques
Application stricte des normes HACCP
Travail en équipe avec le vendeur(se)
