Responsibilities
Dans le cadre d'un contrat d'apprentissage, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Fabriquer des pâtisseries sucrées, salées,
- Réaliser des desserts simples,
- Réaliser des spécialités chocolatées, glaces, sucrées ou régionales.
Vous préparer un CAP Pâtissier / Pâtissière H/F - Durée du contrat de 24 mois en alternance entre l'entreprise et le centre de formation CFA EPINAL
