Responsibilities
Vos missions seront : Contacter les prospects par téléphone.Effectuer des relances régulières et structurées.Tester différents approches et argumentaires afin d'améliorer les performances de prospection.Comprendre les besoins, problématiques et enjeux des prospects.Identifier leur niveau d'intérêt et leur potentiel commercial.Mettre à jour les informations dans le CRM.Présenter notre offre et sa valeur ajoutée.Convaincre les prospects pertinents d'échanger avec un commercial.Organiser et planifier les rendez-vous.Transmettre aux commerciaux les informations essentielles sur chaque prospect avant le rendez-vous.Suivre les indicateurs de prospection : nombre d'appels, contacts, réponses, rendez-vous obtenus, etc.Participer aux points commerciaux et partager les retours terrain.
