Missions
Dans le cadre de la prochaine rentrée, la concession Opel Kia MG Bernier Massy recherche un(e) Alternant(e) Secrétaire Après-Vente Automobile.
Rattaché(e) au Chef APV, tu participeras activement au bon fonctionnement du service après-vente.
Gérer les appels entrants liés à l'atelierPrendre les rendez-vous et organiser le planning de l'atelierParticiper au suivi administratif : dossiers clients, ordres de réparation, archivageCompléter les outils de suivi et contribuer à la qualité du serviceCollaborer avec l'équipe atelier pour fluidifier les opérations quotidiennes
