Responsibilities
Dans le cadre d'un contrat d'apprentissage vous serez formé(e) au métier de pâtissier (H/F) et préparerez le CAP.
Vous préparez et confectionnez les différentes sortes de pâtisserie selon les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Les cours en centre de formation auront lieu au CFA Interpro de la Marne à Châlons en Champagne, 1 semaine/ mois en moyenne pendant toute la durée du contrat.
Vous serez en repos 2 jours par semaine
Le poste est à pourvoir dès maintenant
