Responsibilities
Dès les premières semaines, tu seras impliqué(e) sur des missions à forte valeur :
Gérer et qualifier des demandes clients B2B (devis, conseils techniques, suivi)
Participer activement au développement commercial (inbound + actions ciblées)
Suivre et fidéliser un portefeuille clients existant
Contribuer à l'optimisation des fiches produits et du parcours client e-commerce
Travailler directement avec le marketing et la direction sur des actions concrètes
Proposer et piloter des idées d'amélioration (test & déploiement rapide)
