Responsibilities
Nous recherchons un alternant pour notre service de soins à domicile.
Le Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale a pour vocation la mise en œuvre de l'action sociale communautaire telle que définie par les statuts de l'agglomération.
Le CIAS a pour mission actuelle :
la gestion de l'EHPAD « Docteur Reynaud » (56 ETP ; 82 lits),
le service de portage de repas à domicile,
l'aide à domicile
et le service de soins infirmier à domicile.
Missions principales :
Réalisation d'actes d'hygiène seul ou en binôme
Réalise la toilette du patient (rasage, shampoing, change de protections.)
Réalise des soins corporels : coupe les ongles des mains (et des pieds si pas de contre-indications médicales). Peut appliquer des produits non médicamenteux.
Aide à l'habillage et aux transferts. Participe à l'éducation de la santé.
