Responsibilities
En collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale, vous assurez plusieurs missions :Accueillir et écouter le client sur la nature de sa demande
Guider et conseiller le client vers les produits correspondant à ses besoins
Garantir le service et la satisfaction client
Suivre les envois des commande et gérer les impondérables de livraison
Développer un CA et atteindre un objectif de marge
Participer à la création et la mise en place d'offres commerciales
Assister le responsable commercial sur les tâches de management (répartition des actions, réalisation de réunion, briefing des équipes.)
