Responsibilities
Nous cherchons un apprenti boucher (F/H) qui apprendra les tâches suivantes :
- Vous réalisez les opérations de préparation de viandes et de spécialités bouchères comme la réception et la découpe des carcasses (le désossage, le parage, ...). Vous veillez aussi à la qualité des produits et l'application des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaires.
- Vous êtes garant de la bonne tenue de votre rayon (balisage, propreté, information, achalandage, prix).
- Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé en appliquant les normes d'hygiène et en respectant la chaine du froid.
