<b>Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. </b>
Vous rejoindrez nos équipes de production sur le site de Gien pour une alternance axée sur le support à la fabrication et au conditionnement, contribuant à l'optimisation de nos processus industriels.

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vos missions seront :
<ul><li>Participer à la <b>planification </b>et au <b>suivi </b>des opérations de fabrication et de conditionnement.</li><li>Assister les équipes dans <b>l'analyse </b>et la <b>résolution des non-conformités</b> et des <b>incidents </b>de production.</li><li>Contribuer à l'<b>amélioration continue des procédés</b> (rédaction de modes opératoires, optimisation des flux, etc.).</li><li>Prendre part à la <b>qualification </b>et à la <b>validation </b>des équipements de production</li><li>Assurer la <b>traçabilité </b>des opérations et la <b>conformité </b>aux BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication).</li><li>Collaborer avec les <b>différents services </b>(Qualité, Maintenance, Logistique) pour garantir la performance opérationnelle.</li></ul>

<b>Des compétences au service de projets novateurs. </b>
<b>Idéalement vous préparez un diplôme d'ingénieur ENSIC après des études de pharmacie.</b>
<ul><li>Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'équipe.</li><li>Vous faites preuve de curiosité et avez une appétence pour l'environnement industriel et les processus de fabrication.</li><li>La maîtrise des outils Statistiques et bureautiques (Pack Office) est souhaitée.</li><li>Une connaissance des BPF et du Lean serait un plus.</li></ul>
