Se révéler chez Colisée !En tant qu'apprenti(e) cuisine, vous serez chargé(e) de :Préparer en collaboration avec le/la cuisinier(ère) des repas adaptés en fonction des régimes alimentaires des résidents.Maîtriser les techniques culinaires de base et spécifique liées à notre secteur d'activitéAnalyser, contrôler la qualité des plats, dresser et participer au serviceRéceptionner, contrôler et stocker les marchandisesRéaliser l'entretien de la cuisine en respectant le (Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire)Et puis, faire plaisir aux résidents en œuvrant pour leur bien-être !
