<b><b>Your mission, roles and responsibilities</b></b>

Au sein du département Manufacturing Engineering et en interface avec le Program Core Team, l'apprenti(e) contribue à la définition, au développement et à la mise en œuvre des procédés d'assemblage trimming.

Il/Elle participe à l'atteinte des objectifs Qualité, Coût, Délai et Performance (QCDP) en support des activités d'industrialisation et d'amélioration continue.

<b>1. Développement Process &amp; Industrialisation</b>

<ul><li>Participer à la définition des concepts d'assemblage (process flow charts, instructions de travail)</li><li>Contribuer à l'implantation des lignes, à l'équilibrage et à l'optimisation des charges</li><li>Participer aux analyses de temps (MTM) et à l'optimisation des temps de cycle</li><li>Évaluer la faisabilité process et les contraintes ergonomiques</li></ul>
<b>2. Qualité &amp; APQP</b>

<ul><li>Participer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des livrables APQP (PFMEA, plans de surveillance, standards opératoires)</li><li>Contribuer aux analyses de risques process et au suivi des plans d'actions</li><li>Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continue (qualité, productivité, réduction des rebuts)</li></ul>
<b>3. Interface Produit / Process</b>

<ul><li>Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des principes Design For Assembly (DFA)</li><li>Participer à la proposition d'améliorations produit/process en cohérence avec les objectifs QCDP</li></ul>
<b>4. Support Production</b>

<ul><li>Participer à la préparation des jalons industriels (Run@Rate, démarrage série)</li><li>Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance</li></ul>
<b>5. Reporting &amp; Communication</b>

<ul><li>Participer au reporting d'avancement, des risques et plans d'actions</li><li>Communiquer avec les équipes transverses</li></ul>

<b>Formation</b>

<ul><li>Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac+4 / Bac+5)</li><li>Spécialisation en génie industriel, production ou mécanique</li></ul>
<b>Expérience</b>

Une première expérience en environnement industriel est un plus

<b>Compétences techniques</b>

<ul><li>Connaissances de base en procédés industriels et industrialisation</li><li>Notions de Lean Manufacturing et amélioration continue</li><li>Connaissances APQP / PFMEA appréciées</li><li>Notions d'analyse de temps (MTM) souhaitées</li><li>Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>
