The CAP Baker trains students over two years in baking techniques: kneading, proving, shaping, baking. It is required to practice as an artisan baker and to use the "boulangerie" sign on a shopfront.
A state diploma at level 3, it opens up artisan work, palace bakery, mass retail or starting a business after a few years of practice.
