Mobili-Jeune is a housing subsidy created by Action Logement (formerly the "1 % logement") to support young people in work-study training. What are the conditions in 2026?
To receive Mobili-Jeune in 2026, you must meet all five of the following conditions:

- Create an account on mobili-jeune.actionlogement.fr with your work-study contract number.
- Run the simulation: enter the postcode, monthly rent, and date of moving in.
- Submit supporting documents: signed work-study contract, lease or housing agreement, RIB, recent proof of address, ID.
- Receive the acceptance email (4 to 6 weeks on average).
- First payment arrives on average 6 to 8 weeks after acceptance.
Pitfalls to avoid
- Plan ahead: the application can be submitted as soon as the contract is signed, but the first payment only arrives after several weeks. Keep a cash buffer for the first month of rent.
- Report any change: a move, contract termination or change of employer can suspend the aid. Report it in your personal space within 30 days.
- Don't exceed 18 months: beyond that, the aid is definitively lost, even if you start a new work-study contract.
