The apprentice will contribute to key HR analytics and HR controlling activities, including:
<ul><li>Design, build, test, and maintain People Analytics and HR controlling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations (e.g. headcount, labor cost, workforce structure)</li><li>Support HR controlling processes, including headcount controlling, labor cost analysis, and Year‑End (YE) processes</li><li>Contribute to compensation and social reporting, including topics such as gender pay gap, workforce demographics, and age or equity analyses</li><li>Gather business requirements and translate them into clear analytics or controlling deliverables</li><li>Source, clean, validate, and structure data; contribute to the development of reliable data models</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to HR stakeholders</li><li>Prepare user guides, documentation, and process materials to support self‑service reporting and data literacy</li><li>Partner with HR colleagues and local teams during HR processes, contributing to global legal, social, and compliance reporting</li><li>Support data quality controls and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data in line with privacy regulations</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development of analytical and digital capabilities across HR</li></ul>
Profile Requirements
<ul><li>Strong motivation, initiative, and ability to work proactively with a high degree of autonomy</li><li>Reliable, well‑organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with quantitative data</li><li>Tech‑oriented profile with the ability to quickly learn BI tools and digital processes</li><li>First experience in a corporate or professional environment is preferred</li></ul>
Technical Skills
<ul><li>Excel: strong proficiency required (formulas, pivot tables, data preparation)</li><li>Power BI: ability to use the tool as a creator, including building reports, dashboards, and queries</li><li>Understanding of databases and data structures</li><li>Nice to have: knowledge of Python or R for statistical or data analysis</li><li>Experience or strong interest in HR analytics, HR controlling, social/business controlling, or compensation topics</li></ul>
Education
<ul><li>Enrolled in an HR‑ or data‑focused Master program, such as:</li><li>Human Resources</li><li>Business Administration</li><li>Data / Analytics</li><li>Economics</li><li>Industrial / Organizational Psychology or a related field</li></ul>
Soft Skills
<ul><li>Communicative and collaborative, with the ability to present results clearly to stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable preparing documentation, user guides, and structured materials</li><li>Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
Languages
<ul><li>English: C1 fluency required (written and spoken)</li><li>French: a plus, but not mandatory</li></ul>
