The Digital &amp; Tech Project Manager Assistant will support the Digital &amp; Tech Acceleration team in its mission to set up and deploy the LVMH Digital &amp; Tech Acceleration Initiatives for our 75 Maisons worldwide and will work on diverse topics with the other members of the team.

About the Role:

Join LVMH's Digital &amp; Tech Acceleration team driving Digital &amp; Tech initiatives across our 75 brands. You'll support the creation and deployment of innovative acceleration programs.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Content: Create engaging content (text, visuals, video, audio) using AI and creative tools.

Project Management: Assist with planning, budget, and qualitative delivery of projects.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Digital, Tech, Legal, Communication, Retail, Supply-Chain,...) and external partners.

Communication &amp; events: Support communication campaigns and community engagement as well as events (online &amp; offline)

Testing, Feedback, and reports: Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to improve each project. Support in the KPIS analysis and reports/statistics.

What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Master's student in Digital/Communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Passion for project management, AI, and digital content creation.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent/Bilingual English, proficient in MS Office and AI tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Bonus: Experience with AI, CMS (Lumapps), LMS (360 Learning), design and filmmaking tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in leading &amp; managing events is also appreciated</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical, proactive, and a team player.</li></ul>

<b>Votre profil</b>

<ul><li><ul><li>Master student in Digital/Communication school with interest in project management, AI, design, creation, content, IT, digital, business and solution mindset</li><li>Experience in digital fields/digital-advertising-event agency and learning programs appreciated</li><li>Strong Interest in the luxury industry</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent/Bilingual English, Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and AI tools</li></ul><ul><li>Use of Content/Learning/Event Management Tools is appreciated (ex: Sharepoint, Lumapps, 360 Learning,...)</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of design and film making tools &amp; AI creative tools is a real differentiator (ex: Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut, Clipchamp, Figma, Mid-Journey, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini...) - a sense of "creativity" is highly valued</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality execution (eye on details)</li></ul><ul><li>Resourcefulness with strong listening skills and a collaborative team spirit</li></ul><ul><li>Proactive, with a willingness to share ideas and critical mindset</li></ul><ul><li>Solution-oriented and detailed-focused</li></ul><ul><li>Open-mindedness and curious with a desire to learn</li></ul><ul><li>Adaptable/agile and capable of handling multi-projects</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical and business-oriented mindset</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable with IT and AI-related challenges</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in both strategy and operations</li></ul></li></ul>
