APPRENTICE - Cybersecurity Awareness Communication, 12 to 36 months
Are you curious about cybersecurity and motivated to make a real impact on how people think and behave when it comes to security? As a Security Awareness Apprentice, you will contribute to strengthening Amadeus' security culture by helping colleagues better understand risks and adopt safer everyday practices.
Blending creative communication, data analysis, and hands-on collaboration, you will support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives across the organization.

<b>Tasks and Responsibilities</b>

Communication and Engagement
<ul><li>Maintain and update our intranet community</li><li>Create and publish content on Viva Engage (posts, infographics)</li><li>Produce presentations, videos, and training materials</li><li>Support the organization of security events and campaigns</li><li>Contribute to the security awareness ambassador program by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements</li></ul>
Data Analysis and Reporting
<ul><li>Build dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Support phishing simulation campaigns and analyze results</li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to security awareness initiatives</li><li>Assess campaign effectiveness using data insights and feedback</li></ul>
<b>Requirements</b>

Education and Background
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Master Degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field</li><li>Strong interest in data analysis and/or communication</li></ul>
Skills
<ul><li>Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content (Canva is a plus)</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and attention to quality</li><li>Good level in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)</li><li>Ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences in English (English is a must)</li></ul>
