MISSION


Intégration de la culture / structure de l'entreprise et montée en compétence dans les différents domaines de la simulation et de la maintenance.


Appréhender et assimiler les remarques de l'instructeur liées à l'exploitation de l'avion avec l'appui des outils et moyens pédagogiques mis à sa disposition.


Accumuler une solide expérience de terrain et un savoir-faire pratique auprès des techniciens de maintenance des simulateurs.


Se familiariser avec le système de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO).


Participer à la rédaction et à l'amélioration des procédures et du processus.


Chercher à fiabiliser et à améliorer les moyens et les outils pédagogiques.


* Analyser principalement les dossiers d'interruption de séance des trois principaux simulateurs (FFS2, FFS6, et FFS10) ; définir et analyser les causes profondes ; proposer des solutions adaptées et durables pour réduire les temps d'arrêt des simulateurs ; il pourra s'appuyer sur les outils de l'amélioration continue.


ACTIVITÉS


Réaliser les tâches de maintenance préventive et curative des outils de formation en capitalisant les retours d'expérience de la GMAO.


Participer au processus d'amélioration des tâches de maintenance, de mise à niveau des simulateurs, de rédaction/validation des procédures techniques,


* Amélioration des processus de travail dans les activités de maintenance technique des simulateurs de vol ATR.


PROFIL


Un Bachelor professionnel en Génie Industriel et Maintenance est recommandée.


Compétences requises pour occuper le poste :


Avoir des connaissances techniques dans les disciplines suivantes : automatisme, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique, électricité industrielle.


Soft Skills :


Goût de la technique, autonomie, esprit d'initiative, implication, curiosité, sens du travail en équipe, sens de la communication, adaptabilité, sérieux et comportement irréprochable.

Detailed description of the mission


Integration of culture / business structure and increase in competence in the different areas of simulation and maintenance.


To apprehend and assimilate the instructor remarks related to airplane operation with the support of the tools and pedagogical means put at its disposal.


Accumulate solid field experience and practical know-how with simulator maintenance technicians.


Become familiar with the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)


Participate in the drafting and improvement of procedures and the process.


To seek to make reliable and to improve the means and pedagogic tools


Analyze mainly the session interruption records of the three main simulators (FFS2, FFS6, and FFS10); define and analyze root causes; propose adapted and sustainable solutions to reduce simulator downtime; it will be able to rely on continuous improvement tools.


ACTIVITIES


Carry out the preventive and curative maintenance tasks of the training tools by capitalizing the feedback from the CMMS.


Participate in the process of improvement of maintenance tasks, upgrades of simulators, writing/validation of technical procedures,


Improvement of work processes in the technical maintenance activities of ATR flight simulators.


PROFILE


a professional Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance is recommended
